Mr. Mohammad Musfeq us Saleheen- has more than 13 years of experience with ISP, Telecommunications, VAS and BPO Industry. He has vast knowledge about Customer service, Training, Process Outsourcing and Value added Service. Saleheen has repeatedly proved himself as an engaging and result oriented leader in
Grameenphone ltd. and successfully headed number of Customer Service organization under Commercial Division as Head of Online Communication, Head of Outbound Call Center, Head of New Business Contact Center, and Head of People and Quality Management.
Saleheen is a founder member and Director of Impel Service and Solutions ltd. Where he is responsible for BPO operation, Business Development and Training. Saleheen is actively involved with Bangladesh Association of Call Center and outsourcing (BACCO) as a Training Consultant for multiple training projects including SEIP (Skills for Employment Investment Program ) of Ministry of Finance- A project financed by ADB. Ernst and Young for their multiple course and outline development for mass level Top up training for graduates and Employee Incentive Program under Support to Development of Kaliakoir High-Tech Park project.
Saleheen has done his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2002 and Masters of Business Administration in 2004 from University of Dhaka. He has attended number of training on Leadership, Quality Assurance, Operational Management, and Six Sigma. He has participated Pedagogy for Trainers in ITEES, Singapore under SEIP project.
He has been conducting training on Leadership Development, Operational Management; Train the Trainers and Pedagogy for Trainers for years.
